Immaculately Blue Poem by Brian Arguello

Immaculately Blue

Lined in pure white
Dragging
Slow
With no direction to go
Only where the wind blows
Up
Without tears
Without flaw
Bunny ears
A lobster claw
Shaped to your fitting
Casting a shadow
A battle with the harsh sun
Silent
And they speak
Tell stories of prehistoric lands
Stories of knights and barbarians
Of sea creatures
Of plants
Of birds that sing
Of anything
Of everything
You can hear them
As long as you can see them
