In A Country Poem by Rahman Henry

In A Country

Rating: 5.0

Speaking of the noon that's poetic, pathetic
As well—
One of her two wings is broken
Feathers are wet
And the red sheding in drops
In a country, where the sun mourns
And the moon weeping

Only the king feels self-complacency
And happy he is!
