Two lovely pairs,
The wayfarers,
On a dari,
Under a tree,
Were taking food
In a good mood.
A dog untamed,
Crippled and maimed,
A Faithfulness
In great distress,
Hunger-beaten,
And age-broken,
Slowly came there,
Sat down to stare,
And waged his tail
To beg in ail.
They paid no heed,
Him they should feed.
A bit or two
Of bread could do.
They looked though prim,
Were very grim.
A monkey saw,
Who knew no law,
Them taking food
In a good mood
On them he pounced;
In fear they bounced.
He took their food
In a good mood.
