In Eerie Silence Poem by Satish Verma

In Eerie Silence

I will ask the god
one day, to meditate stalking the sun,
for a wish. This was my intermittent dream.

If you knew my irregular
beats, I would have implanted myself in amber.
I will love you for thousands of years.

You were evasive with
lip lock in the flames. The exoplanets
are increasing in numbers. I have no house.
