In Faith Poem by DEEPAK KUMAR PATTANAYAK

In Faith

In faith
- - - - -
Where is life's morn?
Searched and not found
For it was left
Many years behind
Only the chill of my heart
And the throb of my brain remains
Though I long beliefs once again
Nor it can be touched
Nor it can be seen
Through weal or woe
Can only be felt in the heart
Through walking in the light divine
I am so weary tonight
That I wish again to turn
Towards that absolute trust
It keeps me going
It keeps me believing
In the goodness of others
It is trusting in a power
Greater than myself
And come what may
This will carry me through anything
It is peace in the midst of a storm
And it is safety in the midst of trouble
For nothing can stop me from moving
If that is sustained by faith

Yes, trusting in a power greater than oneself gives us comfort and strength! 'It is peace in the midst of a storm And it is safety in the midst of trouble'
