In God Alone Is Perfection Poem by Cynthia Buhain-baello

Because I too, was a sinner,
I have learned to submit it all,
To God Who has Sovereign power
Who sees and knows when we fall.

I have learned never to measure,
Another man's soul, assess his heart.
What his reasons are, I can't be sure,
So I watch the words I impart.

I know with the same way I define,
I will face the same weighing scale.
There are many faults that are mine
Many times I messed up and failed.

But I'm glad and thankful He has Mercy,
For in God alone is perfection.
His Word shows the way there for me-
In Forgiveness, I find His Salvation.
