In My Dreams Poem by Zac Plague

In My Dreams

Last night, you were in my dreams.
We were on the bridge overlooking the river.
The wind was entangled in your hair
And your eyes held the fading sunlight.
You are beautiful, I think as I see you.
A vision I can find in noone else.
You turn to me and I notice that others
Have been watching you.
'Do you know her? '
They ask in jealous whispers.
I simply answer with the truth.
'Better than my own heart.'
You lean your head
And I touch your face.
My hands are hard and your skin is soft.
I expect you to turn away
But you don't. You never do.
I hug you and when you return my embrace,
It is then that I know my purpose in life.
I am here to love you,
To learn from you.
I am here because I have to.
I am here because there is no other
Place for me to be.

This, is breathtaking if this is how you think, pass your thoughts on to the sterotypical guy! Man this is brilliant. it made me tear up a little bit, its very very good. Makes me wish i was this good as a poet!
