When you look into my eyes,
What do you see?

Do you see love or hate?
Do you see a cheater or someone faithful?

Open your eyes and look deep,
Tell me what you see.

Do you see fear or hope?
Do you see an unwillingness to try or determination?

Take a good breath and look again,
Tell everything you see.

Do I appear together or am I falling apart?
Do you see pain or happiness?

Take a moment to soak it in,
Because you’re looking into my soul…
