In My Garden Poem by DEEPAK KUMAR PATTANAYAK

In My Garden

Rating: 4.5

A face
So familiar once
Returns
For in my garden
Flowers have bloomed
Enormous this year
And I think it must be you
In clusters peeping through
And of sweet-scented breath
Whose fragrance fills the air
With the odors of paradise
I think it must be you
In airs flinging
Whiffs of perfume through
Oh! Lord
You may hide in flower
You may hide in air
Yet I can see and smell you
Everywhere

A beautiful spiritual write that captures deep and true faith in the Lord. Yes, He is everywhere. Our faith guides us to where He is. Another poetic gem woven by a brilliant mind. Onto my Poem List.
