You look at me
You seem to see
A laughing, smiling girl
But I am not that girl
I think about the dark
About breaking hearts
Insomnia, paranoia
Death.
There is no light left
in my life.
so dark
so cold
can’t breathe…
suicidal
fatal choices
poison
You think I’m smart
But in my secret heart
I am not that girl
I am a shadow girl
Sighing on the breeze,
Whispering in the wind,
I am dust,
a thought.
I am not that girl.
