in the beginning
In the beginning
I was a very old man
who plotted against King Joram and
served the god Baal
I told my children about
the Sun and the Moon and the Stars and the
Burial caves
My house became empty
Someone else took my place
I was sacrificed on pagan altars
Weeping, rotting and eaten by moths
I endured it
Destiny
Fate
So be it.
