In The End Poem by Cynthia Buhain-baello

In The End

From Earth I came into being
Someday to it I'll return,
By Wind I have my source of breathing
And for the Fire of love I yearn.
I soar to dreams in my human sky
Where comes the nourishment of soul
The Water of Life there for you and I
Boundless, it flows to make us whole.
For Life is all the elements of these
And in the end they merge into one-
When eternity wraps them in one piece
Time writes the epitaph: 'It is done! '
