In The Name Of Jesus (Ode To God)

Unending grace
From heaven above
Descending from
A God of love
Offers an only
Begotten son
On Calvary's cross for
Everyone
And those believing
In Christ alone
Await his return
To lead them home
And God thru Christ
Hears their need
In prayer
Extending eternal
Shelter there
By the terms of God
it is ours to claim
Salvation thru Jesus'
Holy name
And all who believe
May join his fold
Becoming a part of ---

The greatest story
To have ever been told

poet Alfred Edward Housman

The time you won your town the race
We chaired you through the market-place;
Man and boy stood cheering by,
And home we brought you shoulder-high.
