In Your Hands - Poem by Untamed Heart
Climbing a mountain is no easy for a fragile lady
Brambles grow abundantly
Evading the imminent thorns has no way
An immature heart needs to be sturdy.
Hiking in the morning is nippy
Rubbing both hands to feel the heat is not easy
She needs a bundle of cotton to feel comfy
To proceed the journey steadfastly.
A great pair of boots can help her strides quickly
No pebbles can bother her toes instantly
Determination is the key
Why they are sealed tightly.
Untamed eyes are watching her closely
Stop and turn is observed keenly
A wrong move can make her an easy prey
A bounty meal for all the hungry.
Stomach is empty
Throat is thirsty
Body is moving weakly
But her mind is thinking creatively
Giving her a tonic energy
Stepping at the mountain-top proudly
And with the unseen hand guiding her correctly
She is blessed to witness God's creation made beautifully.
