Indulged In Self-Delusion Poem by Luo Zhihai

Indulged In Self-Delusion

Indulged In Self-delusion

I sighed journey was remote at the cold night
in Nanpu, I played flute but who made me a smile?
I got up in a coat at the cold midnight
by the west window, I cut candlewick and flowers were speechless

Mighty to chant the clouds and the smoke
didn't be afraid of the idle words in the world
Vast to enjoy the wind and the moon
I didn't hear right and wrong words outside the garden

Metric New Poetry ● Twelve Words of Quatrain by Luo Zhihai
The 11,043th Two Pairs of Couplets,11/28/2020

自我陶醉

更冷披衣起,西窗剪燭花無語
宵寒歎路遙,南浦弄簫誰解顏
雲煙浩蕩吟,莫懼世間閑碎話
風月蒼茫賞,不聞苑外是非言
