Inherent Within Poem by Joyce Hemsley

Inherent Within

Great writers, artists,
singers and musicians
are not just taught to be such,
the talent is inherent within;
No-one taught Shakespeare,
Elvis or Chopin, all three
were destined to be great.
Chopin showing musical genius
at the tender age of eight.
The gift bestowed by God
could never be a secret...
Hush! as we contemplate.
