Insomnia Poem by D.A. Woods

Insomnia

03.49am, I'm still wide awake,
hurry up sandman for goodness sake! ! !
Make me dream and put me fast asleep,
may you bury my nightmares under the crawlers heap.
As I wait for you, I don't know who you are,
but hurry up sandman don't keep me waiting - you know who you are.

You have no idea how I relate...I can go to sleep but I always wake up in the middle of the night and can't go back to sleep (that's why they invented HSN)
