When you drew near, something most strange occurred.
Mundane happenings gone astray; simple things, as it were.
'Perfectly normal, ' you assured. 'Still your mind, trust your
heart, it will surely endure.”

My heart takes a juvenile jump when you look my way,
being refreshed and amazed at the way you play...
a wink, a nod, your cerebral jokes,
a friendly prod.

Have eyes ever shined so bright....
your sweet smile awakening the still night...
your soothing whispers a soft roaring...
your slightest touch... my spirits soaring.

You’re nature's gift and my sole pleasure.....
my body responds to yours in ways beyond measure.

Thus it has remained since the beginning,
Compelled by a love never ending.
My heart having found my lover most true,
living only, only for you.
