Intelligent people will speak organizing everything concisely!

While speaking in the assembly of learned persons,
...intelligent people will not speak very fast,

they will not speak more and more many times,
...they will not speak wrongful messages extensively,

they will not speak elaborately,
but they speak in short sentences

containing what all wanted to say,
organizing everything concisely

depending on the situation knowing
the mentality and timing of the listeners!
