Too much may make one mad
(yet, too little can be as bad) .
The more that you think (and think and think)
the more you forget to wash - - you stink!
So, look into your heart sometime,
but don't forget life's more than a Rhyme - -
or Reason may finally desert you
and your kinfolk may act to hurt you.
A Sort of Moral:
A stinky thinker is no better than dry ink
or a rinky-dink poem like this (wink* wink*) !

Less filthy you are, more funny, and on-the-ball, I'd say. t x
Esther, Very clever and rhythmical expression of 'navel gazing' as my ex used to put it. My eldest son is my thinker, and sadly too, my stinker. Great fun. Love, Allie XXXX
I think my family will agree You may have writ this poem for me. You wouldn't think writing would get you all worked up into a sweat. But comes a time that loved ones send that look that says that you offend. Discretion being the highest bower, Excuse me while I go and shower.
Esther, a really zany poem I love it! 10/10! This is the first one Ive read so far. Off to see more. Would love you to visit my website. Will message you though. Lisa 0x0
You've spotted my symptoms - eek! But I didn't expect you to gossip about them. Too little instrospection isn't 'as bad' - it's called 'lack of insight'. This merry, ominous poem reveals a balanced appreciation - and is just a terrific write!
Upbeat, fun and full of wisdom - love it! Smiling (not thinking!) Justine.
