IS MY WORRY JUSTIFIED?
I am worried today; never before
For reasons not known to self
In life there comes a time
No peace at heart for days
Do not take to heart, take heart
Whether sorrow and happiness
All transient; rest, rest on your actions
Have faith in self and trust in God
He is benevolent and merciful
Having born, one has to live one's life
Time is the greatest healer and giver,
Nothing ventures, nothing gains,
Nature has her own ways for every one
Be a giver rather a taker, givers are gainers
No doubt, body is mortal but soul
Is immortal; then whyto fear for death
Keep your thought and action pure
Truth is God and truth is immortal
Trust me, God is neither in statue nor in Rome
God resides within you and in your faith
World exists for you, you do not exist for the world
Like ocean resides within drop and not drop within the ocean
The beauty of time; good or bad does not last
There is no such night without a daybreak! !
A righteous life will bring happiness. Common threads of all faiths have come together in this poem. Thanks.
