Is This Real? Poem by Mellisa Johnson

Is This Real?

Solitude is when you can hear your own heart, the trickle of tears falling Down your face, you can feel the loneliness in the air, so, so thick, as if the air were to trying to manipulate the feelings there would be, if someone was there.
How do you know if someone is there, do they breathe, do they see, do they long to discover the love that will love them too,  always trying to find someone, whom ever there is to find. Do they love do they feel? Or is it just inside my mind.... I wonder you know, how it would be to look through another's eyes, but the fear of finding nothing but lies scares me deeply, deeply Down, down to my demise.
