Is This Your Way?

is this your way,
of saying it's over,
is this your way,
of telling me,
that we just need to be friends,
is this your way,
of showing me,
your angry with me,
is this your way,
of saying
'goodbye' because,
Goodbye's are hard for you,
well there hard for me too,
is this your way,
of expressing yourself? ,
your way of life? ,
is this your way,
of NOT wanting,
to face the cold hard truth? ,
is this your way,
of showing that,
you no longer care? ,
is this your way,
of looking me in the eyes,
and saying,
is this your way,
of saying that,
i need to move on? ,
is this your way?

by Ambrose Bierce

Once I dipt into the future far as human eye could see,
And I saw the Chief Forecaster, dead as any one can be--
Dead and damned and shut in Hades as a liar from his birth,
