It is amazing how the wicked are
They go about doing evil; leaving many scars
Never stopping to consider, who they may be hurting
Just acting on pure impulse; seems like they’re never thinking

It is amazing how the wicked are
Their influence is great; it reaches very far
At times, it seems like they will always be in power
But, time is of the essence; soon it will be their hour

It is amazing how the wicked are
The innocent are always entangled in their war
Their arrogance and ignorance brings them many enemies
And one day soon, they will have to fall on their knees

It is amazing how the wicked are
The consequences of their actions echoes afar
And when their evil plans are finally brought to naught
Shock and surprise is their reaction; they never expected to get caught

Vengeance is mine, says our God
And for many people, this reaction is odd
But, judgment for the wicked is sure; great is their reward
It is truly amazing, how the wicked are
