O’ the man who owns the cool ocean land with
salty backwater where the ‘no other way to go’
sea splashing and dashing over the shore!

If a person who had earned the worthy wealth
ever with lots of stress and strain, with
reluctance to take care submits to the hands

of a person of low genetic cadre
for safeguarding such wealth,
It is like appointing the crow

to guard the cooked rice! Hence beware!
It is very difficult to retrieve the wealth
from such persons of low genetic cadre!

It is true everywhere, if either the individual properties or the temple lands and properties are let out for rent or lease, most of the tenants never give the due rent or produce to the individual or to the temple authorities.
