IT IS ONLY THE POETRY
It is only the poetry
Through which the deepest inner feeling
Can say itself
Only it allows expression to
What mind and heart most painfully mean
It is only the poetry
Which is the soul in essence
And so
Without the poetry-
Speechless, lost
I cannot breathe and be free.
