It's All Just A Fairy Tale To Me

Princesses and dragons
Horses pulling wagons
Sun shining bright
The moon glowing at night
It’s all just a fairy tale to me

Dancing fairies
Horses in prairies
Maidens with fishtails
Puppets that get swallowed by whales
Its all just a fairy tale to me

Fairy godmother
Evil stepbrother
Poison apples
Beautiful chapels
Its all just a fairy tale to me

Castles that are white
My bright and shining knight
Its all just a fairy tale to me

I wake up in reality
Up from a dream
Fairy tales make my heart beam
For the joyous wanders
The mindless ponders
Its all just a fairy tale to me

Poem of the Day

poet Helen Hunt Jackson

The month of carnival of all the year,
When Nature lets the wild earth go its way,
And spend whole seasons on a single day.
The spring-time holds her white and purple dear;
