It’s Hard To Think Your Gone Poem by David Harris

It’s Hard To Think Your Gone

Rating: 3.7

Not a day goes by
without me thinking of you,
I turn around to have a word,
then remember your not there.

It’s hard to think you’re gone,
and we’ll never meet again.
I can still remember all the days,
and the happy moments that we shared.

The loneliness I feel
could drive a man insane,
oh what am I to do?
Will I ever be the same again?

The sun rises in the morning
to start another day,
and the heartaches begin again,
to dominate every waking hour.

Sleep brings no relief,
as my dreams are all the same.
They are all of you
and the things we used to do.

It’s hard to think you’re gone,
and we’ll never meet again.
No more will we ever share
all the little thing as we used to do.

I guess this is when we must cherish and 'Hold on to the Memories.' This reads like it should be a song David....The chorus, 'It's hard to think you're gone.' beautiful and emotional.~~~~~~marci.xo. :) ~~
