It Was All In His Eyes
Have you ever fallen into someones eyes?
Have you fallen so deep into him, leaned so far into him
that you disconnect from your body and your surroundings
and you can feel is when he squeezes your hand
and traces his thumb along your wrist
all you know is the completion of the moment
all you see is the way
that he loves you
when you're in nothing but your sweats
with makeup smudged and a ponytail
and you can tell
that you've found him
and he knows that he's found you too
