It Was Really Candy
She swallowed the pill she thought was deadly
She thought she was seeing things suddenly
Dancing bears and golden suns
She lied down then got up and spun
she began humming ancient melodies
she said she was really hallucinating
what she didn't know was that it wasn't a drug
it was just an old skittle I found under her rug
