Its a feeling you get
that emotional roller coaster
the one that makes you
cry
weep
mourn
loss
despise
and when you think your done and
feeling strong you think about what made you sad and
cry again for many hours curling into a small ball and
wishing
hoping
praying
that you could
dissappear
vanish
possibly die
then when you know your done and
the worlds steady under your feet again and
your ready to take it on you are
dependable
reliable
safe
powerfull
strong
determined
and loved
you feel better because sometimes
you just need to go ahead and cry.
