The ixora blooms drink to their delight, From the wettness in seasons of the rain; Their little umbrella faces bereft of strain, Resplendent in interludes of sunlight; I linger a while to write, a tribute if i might, To your now iterative state, and feign Jealousy, to compliment your splendor again; Radiant reds, oranges, and yellows bright, A common place blooming, a beautiful sight; No place in legendary courts to regain, For never have you lost your plebeian reign; A threadbare glory remains your right; Seen here and there never out of sight; Still my delight, beautiful ixora you remain 2008
