Jazz Poem by Esselebor Ebhojie

Jazz

Rating: 5.0

A tale told
By a trumpet 🎺
A silent song by a sax
From height to height
Jazz lifts the soul
Charmers craft

Drumbeat
Footsteps of life
Sequence, sweet softness
Teasing mental corners
As an unforgotten friend
Jazz
Rhtymical
Pursuing petty problems
Thoughtfully
Caressing
Nerve endings
Sometimes closing eyes
Mind still open
To magic
Of sound
Jazz
As a woman with outstretched arms
An invitation to life
Drink life to the full
