Johnny use to be a rightous man
who would always stand proud
and when he walked, he walked tall
would do anything for you if he can
he always stood out in the crowd
smile and say, that was just me

Johnny had a beautiful wife
kids to complete the family
mom and dad said he was a #1 son
nothing seemed to bring him down
he always liked to have his fun
Johnny stood above all

Then just like a blink of an eye
with a needle in his arm
Johnny met the devil one night
and everything he had was gone
Johnny lost all of his charm
and now this is his life
he just watched pass him by
