Just A Creek. Poem by Geoffrey Fafard

Just A Creek.

Rating: 5.0

Walk down to the creek
Hidden and trickling over it's stones
What do you see
What do you hear
What do you smell
What do you feel
Do you see two suns
One in the sky
One reflecting in the water
Do you hear the sound of water
Running cool over moss
Babbling and chatting to the trees
Do you smell the damp earth
Cooling the world
Taking the moisture from the creek
Do you feel the presence of spirit
The presence of yourself
Of pure solitude so beautiful
I need nothing extra no guidance
No human help or words
No holy instruction
Just being there just sitting quietly
Is all powerful allpersuasive
All naturally curing
All good
All ……

Just A Creek.
