Just Because Poem by Patricia Gale

Just Because

Rating: 5.0

I searched for a way to tell you of the joy you create in my life
All I could compare to is the creation of the heavens

I searched for a color to represent the happiness you have placed with in my life
Finding only crimson red for my heart’s life

I try to comprehend the feeling when I hear your voice or your name is spoken
I find the only token that can compare is an angel’s flight

Sometimes it is not for us to understand, compare or even comprehend the gift of love but to accept it with open arms. Asking no questions how or why, but to accept the treasure that has been given

COMMENTS OF THE POEM

This is divine. It articulates the inarticulable. I'll carry it with me in my heart. t x
