Just Enough Poem by Dona Bhadra

Just Enough

Rating: 5.0

It is hard sometimes to resist my tears,
It is hard sometimes to fake this smile.
The mask i wear each day for you,
Is now a bare necessity of my life.

I know your heart has never been mine,
Neither have your joy and sorrows.
But a chance is all i need from you,
To prove myself and my love to you.

In my world where each day is a new strive,
You are the hope which gives me light.
In my sad and messed up life,
Perhaps you are the only one who can make it right.

I ask no more no less of you,
Just a little time and warmth will do.
The friendly wink and supporting smile,
Is just enough for the piece of my mind.
