This goes out to all my friends.
Past, Present and Future on PH.com
Sometimes the words of a stranger
Can comfort when you are down
Their hands stretch out to help you
From many miles away
They are more like friends
Than those that you meet everyday
They care and they comfort
This sad and distant soul
You wish you could reach out and hug them
But that is impossible to do
Instead, you write a poem
And say this one is just for you
David... It`s great to know there are good people out there that are always ready with a word or two when your feeling down, like yesterday my friend you did the same for me... this has to get a big fat 10 from me...
Friends over the ineternet a sometimes even greater than in the flesh as we can say a lot more without worring about the consequences... You have a friend always who will listen in me... Alison
David, my cup runneth over! I was so touched by this poem, thank you so much. Friends are there in times of need with no expectations even if they are an ocean away. I think in this life arms should open up more when there is a need of a friend weather you have known them a life time or if you have known them only a short time in cyber space. People are people and thats what matters. Thank you so much! XOXO Pam
I'm privileged to count you among mine, and yes, there is a wonderful community here and some special individual bonds made... aptly, neatly, sweetly put D. t x

Thank you, David - I consider you one of my virtual friends, also. And you're right - I spend more time with all of you on PH than I do with my real life friends. Ah, technology! Nice to know you're out 'there' (wherever 'there' my be) . Linda
