We've been best friends
Since the day we met

But I can't say I love you yet

You said you can't date friends
Cause it'll affect what yall had
At the end all you think is
That you don't wanna be sad

Even if you reject me
I'll always love you
Even if you break up with me
You'll still be my boo

Before it was us
You jus wanted my kiss
Now that we're friends
You don't care if the're mine or his

We say crazy stuff
That we don't mean
We were so young
Just only eighteen

We're just friends
And nothing more
I wish it could be us
Like it was before

I wish I was your lover
Because if i was
You'd say I was better
