Just ‘Human'

Reviving
Skeletons
Of past ‘incomplete'
Sweet memory
Chained their ‘lives'
As they
Always
Dreamt about
As they
Always
‘Long' desired

Fire and fire
Ignited hidden
Love and glory
Long forgotten
In a ‘childhood' story
‘Creating'
Emotional illness
‘Creating'
Self-imposed
Barbed wire

Fire and fire
Youthful wanted
And
Required
The young 'grow'
Stronger
But they
Wither
‘Soon' later
As
‘Old' ‘Lonely' ‘Sick'
Earning the human title
Of
‘Just'
‘Retired'

Fire and fire
Born to live
Born to die
Born for a purpose
Easily forgotten
But realisation
Could happen
Once in a while
But only when
They silence
Their earthly
Minds
As and when
In control
When and how
They consciously
Are
Able
To
Decide

When biting Boreas, fell and doure,

When Phoebus gies a short-liv'd glow'r,
