Aided by rain waters rivers swell
mistaking it their own strength
They exceed limits break their banks
strays everywhere causing destruction
Once the waters flown down
rivers remain mere narrow stretch of water
there after grousing over faded glory
Resemble the same, nature of humans
hardly learning any lesson from Nature
In good days when times are conducive
when things happen at will and smell
Bloats over and brims with pride
live the life of whims and fancies
Bestow the credit to self drawn efforts
belittle the ones who can't match
when the tide turns against
and the going becomes tough
goes into a nutshell blaming the luck
