by myself in solitary company
let me be on my own
in engagement of converse colloquially.

I want to be by myself, not with you
not with you but here's what I want you to do:
I want you to stand far, far from what is true
let me be by myself I do not want to be with you.

Let me walk past you, past you to somewhere new
Let me get there, be there, stumble and fall
let me get there on my own i do not want to walk with you.
I know to you this, might apall:

Don't speak my words or think my thoughts
don't walk my ways or sit my destinations
don't fault my rights or right my faults
don't solve my problems or understand my situations.

-Be on my own
by myself in solitary company
be on my own, be lonely and free
be on my own, by myself without thee.
Above all this, just let me be!
