Juxtaposed For K Poem by jerry hughes

Juxtaposed For K

I am.
You are.
But this twain
can be juxtaposed
when we meet.
Not as strangers
but souls, expiated.

For I am of you
as you are of me;
And my needs are
no less than yours.

Hence, no clause
or injunction can alter
that which binds us.
