Kendall Poem by Whitney Thayne

Kendall

You have stitched my broken heart
The wound is gone, a scar remains
The flesh no longer torn apart
Where I cannot your love sustains.

The black void you filled with life
Cannot be seen nor can be found.
Happiness replaced the strife
The bells of Love and Joy now sound.

I thank you for acceptance
And love you've freely given me.
There's meaning to my existence
My soul finally flying free.

I love you always and thank you.
You been a strong anchor to me.
You've shown me what I always knew:
This is who God meant to be.
