Kitty Kisses Poem by Kathrine Philip

Kitty Kisses

Rating: 5.0

He looks at me with great big eyes,
I stare back while the tears dry.
He gives my a few quick kisses,
I just love those little wishes.

He purrs and rubs against me,
I just pet him and enjoy this glee.
He snuggles up closer,
I feel a tad bit warmer.

He wonders what I think,
I give him a little wink,
He gives a slight meow,
I take a little bow.

He massages me slowly
I feel a bit more guilty
He must be hungry
I am a bit too sleepy

He starts to take notice
I search through his innocence
He goes for one last kiss
I know that I will miss

He sleeps by my head
I can only dread
He puts his hands upon my face
I feel the his touch like lace

He kept me warm that night
I was kept uptight
He has not guessed it yet
I know I am going to regret

He follows me everywhere
I am told we make the perfect pair
He kisses my feet
I love it how is so sweet

He wouldn’t want to leave
I am his only family
He wouldn’t say goodbye
I love him he is my ally

He’s always there when I am home
I know he will always roam
He is wild at heart
I know he plays a big part

He has the biggest appetite
I love to feed him by the lamplight
He always gets his way
I don’t mind anyway
