Crimson trickles from my mouth
Like a fire hydrant exploding..
I squeeze the note in my hand
Like its my only hope..
Screaming comes upon..
As I take my last breath..
These thoughts..
I just couldn't take them any longer.
It's finally over..
I'm alive..

I'm sorry for what I've done..
The pain throbs
Like getting stabbed over and over again...
I didn't do this for myself.
I did it for your sanity..
Don't grieve for me..
Don't give up on life.
Don't be like me.
Save yourself.
I'll always be here
In your heart.
My last breath
I said I love you..
