Lazy Days Poem by Vincent Feliciano

Lazy Days

Rating: 5.0

Popcorn ceiling and a worthless fan
Cooling the doubts of a man's lying dreams
The ones bourne from leather couches
On cold marble floors

Artificial laughter
From another man's eye
Gazing at the color
Of the carnation sky

Time passes by
To the bowels of the day
Pretending not to notice
Looking the other way

Not notting for cannot
But not notting for will not
