Ferme sous la tension et fort par la tension,
Les pieds plantes aux deux cotes mais ni a l'un ni l'autre camp,
Il tient bon, une ouverture de l'attention pure,
Une action affermee, les arches et la rampe
Fermes sous la tension et fortes par la tension.
