Lease And Relief Poem by Rm. Shanmugam Chettiar

Lease And Relief

If I could arouse her
By whom I had been aroused,
What more merit must I have?

If I see her desire me
After falling in love with her,
What more bliss must I seek?

Formidable she might be;
Forbidden she might be.
Corporal touch is not to be.

I shall still fly in air
I shall be full with air.
She will feel credited.

Intricacies of such love
Gives one lease and relief
From the sexual monotony.
