Leaves. Poem by Dyllan Martin

Leaves.

It started with a leaf,
A humble leaf beneath his foot,
And as he pressed down,
He realised he had the power to destroy,

He has worked for years and finally is here,
Looked up to by all,
Frowned upon by none,
His word law,
And this gave him the power to change millions,

Change he did,
For better? I think not,
Corrupted and dispised he became,
He destroyed many people,
Towns,
Citys,
Contries,
Shaped the World,
And it all started with a leaf.
